In easy-to-understand language, Teens Matter: Choice Energy Therapy for Teenagers & Their Parents offers teenagers and their parents concrete examples that will allow them to understand the role their own choices have played in their lives. Each choice offers energy exercises that will help you to understand your energy deficiencies so you can make choices that create healing while improving your life. Intention is one of the most powerful forces in life. Without it, we sleepwalk through life—going through the motions without purpose or direction.

To redirect our light we must be willing to go into our darkness and choose to become the light that we really are. Teenagers still want to believe in magic, but are torn by the world they see around them. With so many confusing choices and pressure for today's teens and their parents, Teens Matter is designed to bring clarity and that spark of magic back into your life.

Our workshops, conducted by the author, provide a close connection for the student, to the material presented in the Teens Matter book and in our regular classes. These group seminars help to reinforce and expound upon the teachings and energy therapies addressed in the Donna's book, allowing the reader the valuable opportunity to experience two-way communication with the author and greatly enhance the learning experience.
